The district plans to open doors at 6:30 p.m., start promptly at 7 p.m., provide handouts about major initiatives (comprehensive plan and graduate profile), accept pre-registered and on-site question submissions via comment cards and produce a 'what we heard' summary after the event.
Dr. Harvey said a neutral moderator from outside the district is preferred to manage Q&A; board members were asked to greet attendees in the lobby and, if requested, answer specialist questions during the program. The district also noted translation services are available and that the comment-card process will capture residency/contact information to help vet question askers.
