Planning Commission representatives, including Eunica Mills, said the city hired a consultant to help gather feedback and that staff will attend community events, run surveys and meet with stakeholders and residents. The vision component will form the foundation for later policy updates to the comprehensive plan, and staff expects to present early findings and the draft vision in summer 2026.
