George Bleski of Freeze Homes presented a new-dwelling plan for sublot 146 at 645 Lake Placid. The village architect and engineers flagged several site-plan items — foundation and grade alignment at the rear south corner, roadway basin depth, and elevation-floor-plan mismatches — and asked the applicant to provide corrected drawings.
HOA representatives requested two additional windows on one side; the applicant agreed to add three windows to address privacy concerns around the shower and closet locations. Commissioners asked for materials boards and a clearer elevation set; the applicant provided samples and a rendering.
The commission moved to approve the proposal subject to the village engineer’s comments and the inclusion of the agreed windows. A roll-call vote recorded affirmative responses and the motion passed. Staff asked the applicant to submit corrected drawings that reflect agreed window placements and the engineer's grade/foundation adjustments before permits are issued.
