Council approves agenda and minutes in opening roll-call votes

The Council for Human Services opened its Feb. 12 meeting by establishing a quorum and approving the meeting agenda and the minutes from Dec. 18, 2025 by roll-call. Chair Veronica Boltrick asked for a motion to accept the agenda; a motion and a second were recorded and members (Suzanne Keating, Sue Menthanen, Tara Rastieri, Sarah Wright, Amanda Wright and Chair Boltrick) registered assent.
Later the council moved to approve the minutes from Dec. 18, 2025; the minutes were approved by roll call with the same members recorded as voting in the affirmative. These procedural actions were recorded before the presentations and substantive discussion about the needs assessment and grant recommendations.
No other formal votes were taken during the session; the meeting later lost quorum and several agenda items were left for future follow-up.
