Commissioner Thompson moved to approve the provisional license and a fellow commissioner seconded. The chair called for a hand vote and the motion passed unanimously.
The provisional license authorizes the sale of beer and wine for off-premises consumption, with Sunday sales permitted. The licensee on the application was identified as Timothy John Hogan. The board did not attach additional conditions during the meeting.
