USCB plans new residence hall at Bluffton campus, housing on Hilton Head

University of South Carolina Beaufort plans to expand student housing with a new first-year residence hall at its Bluffton campus and additional housing for upper-class hospitality majors on the Hilton Head Island campus, county presenter Kevin Libby said.
Libby said the Hilton Head housing will be located next to the current university building on Sand Shark Drive and connected by a walkway. He added that the Hilton Head residence hall would be the first built on the island since USCB expanded its campus there in 2019 and cited niche.com for a ranking of USCB student housing.
