Ordinance 26-1001 (first reading) — Vacating rights of way: Staff presented a request to vacate public rights of way and an alley to support redevelopment of the Tomwada Village site; the applicant (Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde) participated remotely. The commission moved and seconded the ordinance's first reading; the motion passed and a second reading was scheduled for the next regularly scheduled meeting.
Ordinance 26-1006 (second reading and adoption) — Public frontage exemptions: The commission held second reading and approved Ordinance 26-1006, amending Oregon City Municipal Code Chapter 16.12 with exemptions for public frontage improvements. Roll call recorded unanimous "Aye" votes; staff said the ordinance takes effect in 30 days.
No votes on the downtown quiet-zone funding were taken; staff will return with funding options.
