Bray said most library programs remain free and that museum admission will continue to be free due to council support. She noted meal charges for guests under 60 remain $7.50 and described range‑based pricing tied to instructor and materials costs for classes.
Councilors asked whether English‑as‑a‑second‑language and GED preparation classes could continue after a grant ended; Bray said the grant funding had ended and volunteer instructors had left but the department is pursuing options and a new FY25 position request.
After brief questions and confirmation there were no public comments on the item, councilors voted by roll call to adopt the fees schedule (recorded vote on the record).
