Riverside — At its Feb. 17 meeting the City Council approved a group of second-reading ordinances and passed four resolutions authorizing routine financial and procurement actions, and approved two appointments to local boards.
Ordinances: Council adopted four ordinances on second reading: Ordinance 26-0876 (creating the Bridal Memo Clearing Fund), Ordinance 26-0877 (creating an evidence fund), Ordinance 26-0878 (creating a demolition development deposit fund) and Ordinance 26-0879 (supplemental appropriations for city expenses through Dec. 31, 2026). Public hearings on those ordinances were opened and closed with no speakers.
