Maintenance software subscription: Commissioners approved a two-year subscription with GWorks (the company that acquired PubWorks) for $29,048 to migrate and maintain roughly 20 years of road-and-bridge maintenance data in the cloud. Staff described the subscription as budgeted and cost-effective relative to purchasing software licenses.
Equipment leases: The board approved leases for two NextGen dump trucks at $85,743.41 per truck on three-year terms to replace vehicles currently under lease; staff noted delivery timeframes of 18–20 months.
Votes and procedure: Each item was introduced by county staff, moved and seconded by commissioners, and carried on recorded aye votes by the commissioners present.
