Williams commission restoring three neon signs with Route 66 and National Trust funding

Hagen said a Williams nonprofit partnered with sign owners to secure two funding sources — the Route 66 Historic Association and a National Trust grant — to restore three historic signs. "Two of the signs, Sultana and Turquoise Teepee, have been removed for restoration in Phoenix and Canyon Club is currently being worked on," she said, adding that the project is expected to finish by mid‑March, weather permitting.
Hagen encouraged exchange of contact information for follow‑up and said Williams can share lessons learned with Flagstaff's commission.
