A motion to withdraw was made, seconded and approved unanimously. Staff told the board the applicant may pursue other work on the parcel that would not trigger planning board review once the compliance issues are resolved.
The withdrawal clears the application from the board’s active docket; applicant follow‑up will be recorded with the Office of Planning and Sustainability.
