ERC introduces staff changes, recognizes analyst Eric Swenson after 25 years

Council staff introduced two new or reassigned analysts and recognized longtime analyst Eric Swenson, who will leave after more than 25 years; Tyler Humphrey will take on transportation forecasting duties and Richard Duzzi recently joined from the City of Seattle.
Council leadership used the Feb. 16 meeting to introduce staffing changes and to recognize a long‑time analyst.
Dave Reich introduced Tyler Humphrey, who has worked at the Economic and Revenue Forecast Council for nearly two years and will now work on transportation forecasts. Reich also introduced Richard Duzzi, a recent hire from the City of Seattle who joined ERC two months earlier and has begun work on the forecast team.
Reich recognized Eric Swenson, who had worked at ERC for 25 years and four months, and thanked him for his long service to the council and to the legislature. The Chair and other members thanked Swenson for his service and the meeting then adjourned.
The introductions were presented as staff updates following the forecast approval; no formal personnel actions or votes were recorded during the meeting.
