Public commenters urge transparency ahead of feasibility-study briefing; report to be released Thursday

The report will then be submitted to the state Department of Education as required by statute and our funding agreement." The speaker invited the public to a Thursday 6:30 p.m. briefing where the report author and other experts will discuss recommendations.
