Staff presented two public development applications that the commission certified: a Barnaby Township application for a proposed 144‑foot elevated water storage tank and related roadway improvements adjacent to an existing residential subdivision, and a Stockton University application to replace a sanitary sewer pump station adjacent to the existing facility. Commissioners approved the related resolutions by voice vote following staff presentations and brief questions.
The commission also considered and certified several municipal ordinance amendments and reexamination reports (including Berlin Township and other municipal C3/CN zone amendments described in staff slides). Staff recommended certification for these ordinance changes and commissioners approved the staff recommendations by voice votes.
