Self‑exclusion petitions: Two separate petitions asked to shorten the self‑exclusion period for individuals on the commission’s self‑exclusion list. Commissioners emphasized the cooling‑off protections established in the 2022 rules and voted to deny the petitions.
Special Olympics enhanced raffle (Western Washington, 2026 Dreamhouse): Staff reported results from the 2025 enhanced raffle (23,514 tickets sold; $3,118,666 gross receipts; $806,000 awarded in prizes; net proceeds after expenses $425,276). The commission voted to approve the Special Olympics of Washington’s 2026 Dreamhouse enhanced raffle plan for Western Washington and the plan passed by voice vote.
Squaxin Island compact: Separately recorded in the meeting, the commission voted 6–0 to forward the Squaxin Island Tribe restated compact amendment to the governor for review and final execution.
