- Certificates of deposit. The court authorized the treasurer to open two CDs: $3,000,000 for 24 months and $1,500,000 for 30 months to capture higher interest rates; recorder and treasurer explained these are rollover investments from maturing CDs.
- Surplus declaration and property sale. The court declared 2,433 square feet of 501 Home Street surplus and voted to approve sale of that portion to the City of Frankfort for $10,500. The clerk recorded the surplus vote as approved; the sale vote was taken by voice with an audible 'nay' noted but the clerk confirmed the vote was taken. Staff will pursue closing steps and whether a reversion clause is acceptable to the city and Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

- Payment of claims: The court agreed to hold one jail maintenance invoice (generator part/repair) pending confirmation whether it is covered by warranty before issuing payment.
