Charlotte Reynolds updated trustees on employee housing: level‑1 punch‑list work is complete, levels 2 and 3 will be worked on in coming weeks, and staff anticipate an early‑spring certificate of occupancy. Reynolds said the board will see deed‑restriction recommendations in February to dedicate the building to workforce housing and that applications for units should be posted in late February or early March.
On the high‑school addition and vestibule, staff said architects are approaching 95% design and that legislative consideration may add funds for design and inflation costs; staff expressed hope the funding would be released upon the governor’s signature. The board also considered property‑management proposals for the district’s 36 employee housing units, received a single proposal from Grand Teton Property Management and approved the award with minor legal modifications.
Trustees asked for timing of a 'topping out' ceremony and asked staff to coordinate notification when milestones are set.
