The Mountain View Environmental Planning Commission on Feb. 18 reviewed the city’s 2025 Housing Element Annual Progress Report and voted unanimously to recommend that City Council accept the report and forward it to the California Department of Housing and Community Development and the Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation before April 1, 2026.
