- Environmental and restoration contracts: The board approved a roughly $7,487 contract with EcoLogic to remediate prairie damage at Miller Showers Park (funded by CBU) and a change order adding $11,950 to Bomar for acrylic backing on bicentennial gateway lettering to prevent vandalism and nesting.
- Sports and facility agreements: Annual partnership agreements with Bloomington Soccer at Twin Lakes Recreation Center, Bloomington Blades youth and high‑school hockey, and the Bloomington Figure Skating Club were each approved; the soccer partnership continues to offer scheduling priority, reduced hourly costs and storage benefits.
Roll‑call votes were recorded for each motion. Staff explained that several approvals respond to summer storm impacts, program demand and long‑standing community partnerships.
