West Sacramento introduces Desmond Corley as new development services manager

During the Feb. 19 Planning Commission meeting staff introduced Desmond Corley as the city’s new development services manager. “I’m Desmond Corley. I come from the city of Chula Vista,” Corley said, adding he began with West Sacramento in January and previously served as a principal planner in Chula Vista.
Corley told commissioners his focus areas will include customer service delivery, processes, systems, technologies and organizational structure. He said he is interested in the commission’s work as it relates to his role and looks forward to working with staff and commissioners.
