SAN FRANCISCO — The Government Audit and Oversight Committee voted unanimously Feb. 19 to forward Items 2 through 8 to the full Board of Supervisors with a positive recommendation. The committee clerk described those items as three ordinances and four resolutions authorizing and approving settlements of lawsuits and unlitigated claims against the City.
Clerk Monique Creighton told the committee there was no public comment on Items 2–8. Chair Supervisor Jackie Fielder moved to send the items to the Board with a positive recommendation; the clerk then called the roll. Vice Chair Danny Sauter, Member Sheryl, and Chair Fielder recorded their votes as "aye" and the motion passed 3–0.
The clerk had earlier said items acted on at the meeting are expected to appear on the Board agenda on March 3, 2026.
