- Resolution 94‑26: award of a $2,245,500 contract to V3 Construction Group for Zuber Road Plum Run drainage improvements in Jackson Township (OPWC‑funded); the low bidder was determined to be V3.

- Resolution 97‑26: approval of a $477,318 grant‑funded acquisition of a replacement bomb‑squad robot for the Columbus Fire Division under a state homeland‑security grant.
- Resolutions 98‑26 and 99‑26: an animal‑care uniform services contract not to exceed $210,000 and renewal plus a new home‑delivered meals contract for the Office on Aging not to exceed $90,000,000 through 02/29/2028.
- Multiple social‑service and procurement approvals, including $5,336,997 to the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging (Resolution 101‑26), 46 nonprofit grant agreements totaling $3,762,093 for senior services (Resolution 102‑26), and a range of JFS and OJPP awards for youth mentoring, reentry services, transitional housing and workforce programs.
Where roll call was recorded, the board generally voted unanimously; a small number of items carried noted abstentions in the public record.
Public comment: Eric Kasprzak of ModCon Living used a submitted speaker slip to underline the importance of preserving existing homes and offered to coordinate with the Office on Aging on upcoming home‑repair procurement opportunities. County staff said they would follow up to connect him with program staff.
Next steps: Most of the items authorize contracting or advertising and require routine procurement and execution steps by county purchasing and administering departments.
