Board members moved and seconded the resolution; it was adopted by voice vote without recorded opposition. Staff noted the property had burned in the 2023 Grey Fire and described zoning constraints and septic/water availability.
What it means: The department will proceed with a sealed-bid auction; proceeds will return to the land bank to fund future trust land purchases.
