Commission reports Fenwick Manor rehab kickoff and largest PDC severance to date

Sue said the project team has already completed preliminary work and staff will present further timeline details at the upcoming budget committee meeting.
Sue also highlighted program activity in the Pinelands Development Credit (PDC) program: staff processed a deed restriction severance covering approximately 3,052 acres in a special agricultural production area in Washington Township. Sue said those credits have not yet been sold but the program has been active with good prices in recent transactions.
Staff framed both items as positive developments for preservation and long‑term stewardship; commissioners asked for future updates and for photos of properties where appropriate.
