The Casino Control Commission ratified the minutes of its Aug. 14, 2024 public meeting, approved requests to inactivate four casino key-employee licenses, and found seven other key-employee licenses to have lapsed after the holders failed to file requisite review applications.
A motion to ratify the minutes was made, seconded and approved. Manager Patrick Ealer presented staff recommendations for inactivations (Susan M. Sabaldi, Steven W. Nathan, Raymond C. Sands III, Hansford Cederam) and for lapses of seven licenses whose holders did not timely file review materials; both matters were moved, seconded and approved by the commission in voice or roll-call votes, with the commission reading the applicable NJAC citation for lapses (NJAC 19:41A-6.1(f)).
The public-participation period closed with no email requests for comment recorded in the transcript; the commission then moved to adjourn.
