Casino Control Commission approves multiple temporary qualifications and key-employee licenses

The commission also adopted draft resolutions authorizing temporary qualifications and licenses for the following individuals, subject to the conditions in the cited statutes and regulations: Donald Beatson (to assume duties as chief technology officer for Bally's Corporation), Jay Tarbell (temporary casino key employee license and temporary qualification as vice president of human resources for Golden Nugget Atlantic City LLC), Vincent Rossi Jr. (vice president of gaming for Caesars Entertainment Inc.), Heather Rapp (senior vice president of regional marketing strategy for Caesars), Rodney Williams (member of the Caesars board), and Keith Barr (outside director for MGM Resorts International). Division counsel filed letters of "no objection" to each temporary qualification that came before the commission.
Votes on the draft resolutions and license approvals were taken by roll call or by voice; the motions were seconded and approved where recorded. The actions memorialize staffing and oversight positions that allow the applicants to begin performing duties while plenary qualifcation reviews continue.
