Director Riggs told the commission the licensing office had completed priority verification, completeness reviews, scoring and Office of Compliance and Investigations qualification checks before recommending the applications for approval. "All 3 of these applications have been reviewed, scored, and are now recommended to the board for approval," Riggs said when introducing the conditional-to-annual conversion recommendations.
