A committee member asked whether the bill had changed since its prior consideration; sponsors said there were no substantive changes. The motion to release the bill passed unanimously with committee members voting yes: Fantasia, Simonson, Brennan, Venezia, Swain, Begoli and Chairwoman Reynolds Jackson.
The bill will proceed with a favorable committee report to the next legislative stage.
