Finally, the board approved a resolution appointing Assistant Commissioner Ambrose Duckett to the State Board of Examiners; the appointment includes chair responsibilities for the board that reviews certificate revocations, suspensions and appeals. The motion to appoint Ambrose Duckett was moved and seconded and carried by voice vote.
The board took these actions during its open session; no public testimony was accepted at this meeting.
