NORRISTOWN — The Norristown Municipal Council, at a Feb. 17 work session, approved multiple administrative items including tax-assessment settlement agreements for three adjacent properties on West Marshall Street, a police promotion and several contract awards intended to advance redevelopment and public projects.
The council approved separate settlement agreements for 409, 413 and 417 West Marshall Street after the municipal solicitor told members the parcels had been purchased collectively in 2023 for $1.6 million.…
