Commissioner Highlander said earlier opposition had been addressed and asked if anyone in opposition was present; staff indicated concerns were resolved and Commissioner Highlander recommended approval. The commission approved the rezoning by roll call.
For Resolution 226‑29 (1835 Crabtree Road), staff indicated the developer requested deferral to March 18 to return to the community with clarifications. Commissioners noted the item is in a commissioner’s district and unopposed, but the deferral was requested to allow the developer to answer questions; the commission deferred 226‑29 to March 18 by roll call.
The Mountain View rezoning passed; the Crabtree Road item will return to the commission on March 18.
