Loan resolution: After a brief public hearing, Councilmember Chisel moved and the council approved a resolution authorizing an essential-purpose loan agreement combining loan agreements and providing for levy of taxes to pay general-obligation corporate-purpose bonds, Series 2026A. Staff said the action allows the city to proceed with financing steps for a replacement fire truck; the motion passed unanimously.
