Barrientos also reviewed academic indicators: a reported chronic absenteeism rate of 25.4 percent for the 2022–23 year and progress on English‑learner proficiency metrics and iReady diagnostics. He and the principal team connected demographic trends (62.2 percent Hispanic/Latine enrollment at the site) to curricular decisions and library diversification.
