One bid report contained an implausibly large numeric value in the transcript for the LCD Bridal Street project; the record names Apex Construction LLC as the low bidder and lists the engineer’s estimate ($1,586,277), but the numeric bid in the minutes appears to be a transcription error and is not relied on in this report.
