The Site Plan Review Committee approved a site plan review request Aug. 7 for temporary signage for Halloween Express at 825 Pilgrim Way (Suite B), the former Bed Bath & Beyond location in Ashwaubenon.
Staff said the proposed display is similar to signage used by prior temporary Halloween stores in the village and requested permission to display from Aug. 20 through Nov. 5; because the sign exceeded the village's standard size and duration for staff approval, the temporary sign required committee review. Committee members confirmed the operator has used similar sites and that the request was consistent with recent past patterns. A motion to approve carried with no recorded opposition.
The committee approved the sign as presented; staff will process permitting consistent with the committee action.
