He told members the additions must meet Village Code curb requirements — either conventional or rolled curb — and comply with International Building Code section 1106, which was cited during the staff review as the applicable parking standard.
Trustee Paul moved to approve the site plan; Member Quinn seconded. The committee approved the motion by voice vote. No public comment regarding the site plan was recorded during the meeting.
