Ashwaubenon committee approves VHC Inc. exterior updates and seven new parking spaces at 3080 Holmgren Way

The Village of Ashwaubenon Site Plan Review Committee approved a site plan on Dec. 17 for exterior renovations and seven new parking spaces at 3080 Holmgren Way for VHC Inc., with conditions intended to ensure materials and setbacks meet village standards.

A presenter explained that VHC Inc., together with Best Built Inc., proposed to formalize informal parking and update the building exterior, which is identified in the presentation as VDH Electric at the northwest corner of Parkview and Holmgren. The presenter said the proposed work requires site plan review under village code because it includes external renovations and additional parking.

Staff read conditions of approval: the structure may not exceed its current footprint (or must otherwise comply with a 35‑foot setback), new metal wall panels must use fully concealed fasteners, wall panels must include a minimum 3‑foot masonry wainscot as shown on elevations, and any new parking or drive‑lane areas must use conventional or rolled curbing.
