It's not a ribbed, it's more smooth, but it has a texture similar to an EIFS type texture," and confirmed the project includes the required minimum 3-foot masonry wainscot extending around the building. Member Kroskey said she had expected a "more decorative" finish given the building's corner location but acknowledged the proposal meets code and landscaping shown would be used.
After discussion, Member Kroskey moved to approve the site plan "as presented" and a second was recorded (speaker not named in the transcript).
