The Ashwaubenon Site Plan Review Committee on Feb. 4 recommended approval of a plan to enclose the second‑floor patio at Stadium View Bar for year‑round use. Staff said the enclosure would use the existing overhead garage doors moved forward and would be architecturally similar to the current structure.
"The proposal is to, enclose that area, for year round use, through the use of basically overhead garage doors that are currently there and move those forward, and architecturally be very similar to what is currently there," staff member Aaron said during the presentation. Aaron said all metal exterior wall panels would use fully concealed fasteners as a condition of approval.
The committee moved and seconded a recommendation in favor of the site plan, and members said the project appeared straightforward. The voice vote to recommend approval carried. Staff noted the property sits in the Sports and Entertainment District and that the recommendation will go to the Plan Commission and Village Board for final action.
The committee attached the condition that exterior metal wall panels use fully concealed fasteners and that the project meet applicable Ashwaubenon ordinances. No public comments were recorded on this item. The next step is review by the Plan Commission and Village Board.
