The clerk also read a House bill establishing a sick leave bank for William Blaylock of the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office (House No. 4908) and ordered it to third reading. Several Bridgewater-related bills (including matters described as town council and town manager authority) and a Natick Home Rule Charter amendment (House No. 3898) were read for third reading and taken up for engrossing as described on the floor.
