Commission backs change to front-yard definition for flag lots

Commissioners raised no objections. Commissioner Amy Warrett moved to send LUCA25-12 to the City Council with a favorable recommendation; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
The Planning Commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for final consideration per the city’s code-amendment process.
