- Resolutions and settlements: The council adopted a resolution disallowing a claim by Rachel and William Olsen (Item L1); approved a $4,500 settlement for Daniel Sanabria Harajan (Item L2); and approved a $6,176.17 settlement for Odalis Coro Arcos (Item L3). Plainfield Ave. reconstruction (Project 22‑19) to All Waste Contractors for $1,882,973.57 (Item 11); approved the Westlake Navarre reconstruction from 60th to 68th Street with a project amount stated as $4,269,000 (Item 12) and noted city liability capped at $3,000,000 with county responsible for amounts above that; and approved a funding agreement with Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District for $423,977.33 to install a porous pavement parking lot at Janssen Park (Item 13).
- Park & Rec and events: Council approved an American Red Cross licensing training program provider agreement (Item 6) to cover event/band contract risks and approved three artist engagement agreements for upcoming events (Items 8–10).
- Business permits: Council approved a special‑use/site review for an ownership change at Cross Crawford Animal Hospital (Item 14).
- Finance items: Council approved schedules for disbursements, mileage reimbursements and investments (Items 15–17).
