The Planning Board unanimously determined (7–0) on Feb. 17 that VCJ Properties’ final subdivision application for 63 Watson Mill Road is complete and scheduled a public hearing for the March 17 meeting.
Austin Fagan of B H2M, representing VCJ Properties, described the proposal as a roughly 116‑foot extension of an existing private way (Memory Lane) to create two additional lots and minor stormwater adjustments. The applicant requested a waiver for quality treatment tied to earlier approvals; the board and staff said the project is a relatively straightforward final subdivision returning after prior approvals and a brief staff review.
The board asked for standard engagement with staff on final materials and noted the project would appear on March 17 for a public hearing and any remaining findings and conditions.
