Council approved the amendment by motion.
Staff noted the alignment change restored parking that would otherwise have been lost under an earlier shared‑use path design and that staff coordinated with the cemetery board during the design discussion. The amendment will require a redesign of roughly a quarter of the project area to accommodate the adjusted alignment and lane configuration.
