City Attorney David Tulsa read the items: approval of the Jan. 21, 2026 regular commission meeting minutes; a resolution approving a municipal elections services agreement with the Broward County Supervisor of Elections for the Nov. 3, 2026 municipal election; an extension of the school crossing guard services contract with Butler Group/South Florida LLC (DBA NextStaff) at a rate of $21 per hour for crossing guards and supervisory personnel from July 2026 through July 2027; and a 60‑day extension for Parts Authority LLC (DBA IMC) for aftermarket vehicle parts and accessories, extending the awarded contract term until May 15, 2026, or until a new solicitation is awarded.
The consent agenda was moved, seconded and approved by roll call with every commissioner voting "Yes." No public comments were offered on the consent items during the meeting.
The extensions keep existing vendors in place while the city completes procurement or bid processes; staff did not present additional budgetary detail in the public meeting record.
