Winton Woods City School District — The board approved two contract addenda that change compensation and, in one case, extend a contract.
A board member moved to amend the annual salary of Steve Denny, identified in the motion as the superintendent, to $165,000 effective Feb. 1, 2026; the motion was seconded and carried by unanimous recorded vote.
Separately, the board approved an amendment to the treasurers contract: the annual salary for Randy Seymour, treasurer, was amended to $153,000 effective Feb. 1, 2026, and the board approved a one-year extension of his contract from Aug. 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. That motion also passed unanimously.
Board members recorded no dissent and the items were adopted on the record.
