Council approves annual liquor license renewals for 2026–2027 term

The Green River City Council moved to approve renewal and issuance of local liquor licenses for the term beginning April 1, 2026, and ending March 31, 2027, subject to issuance of business licenses, occupational permits and state legal approval.
City staff told the council that applications had been submitted to the state, that most corrections had been made and that the state had raised no major issues. Councilman Shutra made the motion to approve the renewals, which was seconded and approved unanimously.
No members of the public spoke during the liquor-license public hearing, which city staff opened and closed earlier in the meeting.
