The Analyst Authority convened on Feb. 19 and, after a brief technical check and roll call, approved its meeting agenda by voice vote and moved on to scheduled business.
The chair asked if any items should be removed from the agenda; none were raised, and the group approved the agenda after a motion and second. The board also approved a motion to accept the accounts write-offs, which totaled $91.48.
During the director's report, the director said the operations packet included data showing "903 calls for last month" and described overall call volume and response metrics as "nothing out of the ordinary." The director also reported the budget packet arrived from Mary Ann and work on the budget would begin; participants confirmed the budget is due March 17 and that the board will review it at the March meeting.
The meeting covered routine business only and concluded after a motion to adjourn carried by voice vote.
The next meeting was set for the third Thursday in March (appears to be March 19) to review the proposed budget.
