Staff noted they are considering footprint expansion into Tudor Court and other streetscape areas designed with power access for performances but said any expansion must be coordinated with Writers Theater, which has performances scheduled in June and July.
The proposal does not bind the board to a particular sponsor; it lays out options and pricing in the board packet and seeks board direction to proceed with the sponsorship offering this year. Staff said attendance last year gives confidence the sponsorship opportunity will be viable and that they will return with specific sponsor agreements as needed.
